Book an Appointment at Stellar Healing Hands

Life happens and sometimes you won’t be able to keep a scheduled appointment. We understand. We all agree time is our most valuable asset. Stellar Healing Massage requires that appointments be guaranteed against late cancellation or rescheduling with a major credit card. Emergencies do happen as well. If you are sick please call and notified the office.

Your massage treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your time and your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies.  Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 8-12 hours in advance. For bookings of two or more services, including packages, couple’s massages, and special events we’ll need a minimum of 24  hours advance notice. This allows the facility enough time to fill appointments. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of services scheduled. “No-shows” will be charged 100% of services scheduled. The facility needs to pay its service providers even if a client is a “no-show”.  This policy allows us to retain great employees.   

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card, and debit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
